Margaret G. Beck is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Brady, Coyle & Schmidt, Ltd., where her main areas of practice are family law (divorce, custody, and support), civil and business litigation, personal injury claims, as well as land use regulation, zoning, and civil actions involving land use. Ms. Beck has represented Fortune 500 companies in various aspects of business and contract litigation. Ms. Beck is able to use her business knowledge to represent parties in complicated divorce proceedings, particularly when business assets are involved. She also has great compassion for all divorces involving children. Previously, Ms. Beck assisted special counsel appointed by the Ohio Attorney General to collect delinquent taxes, fess, and assessments owed to the State.
