Patricia J. Kleeberger is a partner in the law firm of Brady, Coyle & Schmidt, Ltd., located in Toledo, Ohio, where she concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, dissolution, custody, parentage, child support, grandparents’ rights, prenuptial agreements, and all juvenile court proceedings. Ms. Kleeberger also practices in the areas of real estate transactions; probate and estate planning, including preparation of wills, health care documents and powers of attorney; and all aspects of civil litigation.
Ms. Kleeberger is a graduate of The University of Toledo (B.A., cum laude, 1994) and The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D., 1998) and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1998. She is also admitted to practice before all state courts in Ohio, along with the following federal courts: the United States District Court for the Northern District in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District in Ohio.
Ms. Kleeberger is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Toledo Bar Association, the Fulton County Bar Association, the Wood County Bar Association, and the Toledo Women's Bar Association, previously serving as its secretary for two terms (2001-2003 and 2003-2005) and vice-president for two terms (2005-2006 and 2006-2007).
